For almost 20 years, RE Management’s founder, Brian Kuzdas, has dedicated his career to serving investors.

As a licensed real estate broker, Mr. Kuzdas established his own brokerage in 1990 to concentrate exclusively on commercial and investment properties. In 1997, he converted his first multi-unit residential property to condominiums with investor funding. Since then, RE Management has been involved in more than 40 major conversions totaling more than 3,000 units. Mr. Kuzdas’ original commercial brokerage, Brookshire Investments, continues to serve clients to this day in the Chicagoland area with a team of professionals who focus strictly on commercial properties.
